Why a full year matters
A shop only promises a year of cover when it is sure the laptop is original — never opened up, never patched together. If it isn’t, every repair comes out of the shop’s own pocket.
That is the bet we make on every laptop we sell, which is why our warranty runs for twelve months, not three. It even covers the motherboard, the part whose failure can write off a whole laptop.

Are your laptops new?
No. They are slightly used business laptops, imported from the USA after corporate use, in Category A original condition. They are not refurbished, and every one carries our 1‑year local warranty.
What does the warranty not cover?
Physical damage — cracks, drops, dents and pressure marks — and burn or liquid damage. The warranty covers the 13 parts listed above.
How do I claim the warranty?
Bring the laptop and your warranty card to our shop at Lavish Mall, Tariq Road. Our technicians check it in our own workshop and repair or replace the faulty part.
How does the 7‑day refund work?
Bring the laptop back within 7 days of purchase, in the condition you bought it, and we refund 100% of the price. No questions asked.
Can I exchange my laptop for a different model?
Yes. Within 15 days of purchase you can swap it for another laptop from our stock.
Can you upgrade the RAM or storage?
Yes, on most models, in the shop before you take the laptop home. Ask us which upgrades your model supports.
